Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImgToPDFConvert at imgtopdfconvert.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ImgToPDFConvert is an online file-conversion and productivity platform. The Service currently includes:

  • 46 document and image converters (image to PDF, PDF to Word, merge PDF, split PDF, compress PDF, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, PPT to PDF, and more).
  • 10 AI-powered design generators (Instagram templates, resume builder, pitch-deck creator, business cards, invoices, and others).
  • 20 free utility tools (QR code generator, GST calculator, EMI calculator, password generator, and more).
  • A blog with educational content on file formats, document management, and productivity.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use the basic conversion tools without creating an account.
  • To access conversion history, manage subscriptions, or use AI design tools, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in through Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

The Service is available in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Up to 100 conversions per day, 10 MB file-size limit per file, full-quality output with no watermarks. Advertisements may be displayed on pages.
  • Premium Tier: Unlimited conversions, 100 MB file-size limit per file, ad-free experience, priority processing, batch conversions, and API access. Premium is available at $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD). Regional pricing may apply (e.g., INR 299/month via Razorpay in India).

Free-tier output is identical to Premium output in terms of the file itself — no watermarks, no degraded quality, no delayed downloads. Premium removes site advertisements, raises file-size and daily-count caps, and provides priority server resources.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal, depending on your region and payment method.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless regional pricing is displayed. Sales tax or VAT may be added where required by law.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days for review.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, trojans, or any other harmful code.
  • Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual-property rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or any other security measures.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable personal or business use.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to process files on behalf of third parties for a fee without a separate commercial agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these guidelines, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not view, access, or store the content of your files beyond what is strictly necessary for the conversion process (in-memory processing only).

Our content: The ImgToPDFConvert name, logo, website design, code, documentation, blog articles, and all other original content on the Service are the property of ImgToPDFConvert and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
  • Conversions will produce output that meets specific quality or formatting requirements.
  • The Service will be compatible with all file types, browsers, or devices.
  • Defects in the Service will be corrected within a particular timeframe.

You use the Service at your own risk. Always keep backups of important files before uploading them for conversion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImgToPDFConvert, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to files. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgToPDFConvert and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) continue in effect.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImgToPDFConvert operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue resolution in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ImgToPDFConvert regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
