XLSX Β· Max 10 MB

A spreadsheet sent as .xlsx invites edits, breaks on phones without Office, and prints differently on every machine. Converting to PDF locks the numbers down: every sheet in your workbook is rendered as a clean landscape table with auto-fitted columns and a shaded header row β€” readable anywhere, editable nowhere.

How to use Excel to PDF

  1. 1Drop your .xlsx workbook into the box above.
  2. 2Click Convert β€” each sheet with data becomes its own titled table.
  3. 3Long sheets paginate automatically across as many pages as needed.
  4. 4The finished PDF downloads with your workbook's filename.

Features

  • Every sheet rendered

Multi-sheet workbooks convert completely, each sheet titled by name.

  • Auto-fitted columns

Column widths follow your content, scaled to fit the page.

  • Landscape layout

Wide tables get the horizontal room spreadsheets actually need.

  • Formula results included

Cells show the values Excel last calculated, not raw formulas.

Why use this tool

  • Numbers nobody can nudge

A PDF quote or price list cannot be quietly edited after sending.

  • Opens without Office

Recipients need a PDF viewer, not an Excel license.

  • Predictable printing

What you see in the PDF is exactly what comes out of the printer.

Frequently asked questions

Does it support the old .xls format?

No β€” only modern .xlsx. Legacy .xls is a binary format from pre-2007 Excel. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets, save it as .xlsx, and convert that.

What happens to formulas in my spreadsheet?

The PDF shows each formula's cached result β€” the value Excel displayed when the file was last saved. Formulas themselves are not carried over, since PDF tables are static.

Are charts, images, and cell colors preserved?

No β€” this converter focuses on data: cell values, sheet structure, and a shaded header row. Embedded charts, images, and conditional formatting colors are not rendered. For chart-heavy sheets, export to PDF from Excel itself.

How are very wide sheets handled?

Columns are auto-sized from content, then proportionally scaled so the full width fits a landscape page. Extremely long cell text is truncated with an ellipsis rather than overlapping neighboring columns.

Your files stay private

Workbook contents β€” every figure, name, and formula result β€” are parsed in memory, rendered to PDF, and dropped when the response completes. Financial data is never stored, indexed, or inspected. Logged-in history captures only file sizes and timestamps.
