A contract in one file, its appendix in another, the signature page in a third β€” reviewers want one attachment, not a folder. This tool concatenates any number of PDFs into a single document, keeping every page exactly as it was and letting you set the order before you merge.

How to use Merge PDF

  1. 1Drop two or more PDFs into the box above β€” add them all at once or one at a time.
  2. 2Arrange the files with the up/down arrows; the list order becomes the page order.
  3. 3Click Merge. The combined PDF is assembled on the server in seconds.
  4. 4Your merged.pdf downloads automatically and the originals are discarded.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?

No fixed count limit β€” the practical constraint is file size: each input can be up to 10 MB on the free tier (100 MB with Premium). Twenty small PDFs merge just as easily as two.

Will bookmarks, links, and form fields survive the merge?

Page content β€” text, images, vector graphics β€” is preserved exactly. Document-level extras like bookmarks and interactive form fields are not carried over, since they live outside the pages being copied.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted files cannot be opened for copying. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then merge.

Does merging reduce quality or re-compress my pages?

No. Pages are copied at the object level rather than being rasterized, so a 300-DPI scan stays a 300-DPI scan and vector text stays vector.

Your files stay private

All input PDFs are held in memory only for the duration of the merge and are gone the moment your download starts. Nothing is written to disk, logged, or shared. Signed-in users get a history entry with file sizes only.
