Do I need to create an account to use the converters?
No. Every converter works anonymously — drop a file, get the result, and close the tab. Accounts are optional and only exist so signed-in users can see their conversion history and raise the free tier’s daily limits with Premium.
Where are my files processed, and how long do you keep them?
Files are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server, held in memory only for the length of the request, and discarded as soon as the converted file is returned. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is backed up, and no one on our team views your files.
Is there a file size limit?
The free tier accepts files up to 10 MB each. Premium ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) raises the limit to 100 MB per file and removes the 100-conversions-per-day cap.
How many files can I convert per day?
Free users can run up to 100 conversions per day. Premium users get unlimited conversions with no daily cap.
Which formats do you support?
We offer 45+ converters covering PDFs, images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more — plus AI design tools and free utilities. Browse the full list on the tools page.
Are the converted files watermarked?
Never. Free-tier output is identical to Premium output — no watermarks, no promo pages, and no reduced quality. Premium removes on-site ads and lifts the size and daily-count limits.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Every tool runs in any modern mobile browser — no app to install. Just open the site, upload from your phone, and download the result.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or the billing portal. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
