URL to PPT

URL to PPT

Turn any public webpage into an editable PowerPoint outline β€” no copy-paste marathon.

Any public page Β· articles, docs, blog posts work best

Turning an article or documentation page into a deck usually means an hour of copy-paste. This tool reads the page for you: it strips menus and footers, finds the real headings, condenses each section's text into short bullets, and hands you a genuine .pptx β€” every slide fully editable in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. The extraction is deterministic and rule-based; nothing is sent to an AI service.

How to use URL to PPT

  1. 1Paste the full address of a public webpage β€” articles, docs, and blog posts work best.
  2. 2Click Convert. The page is fetched, cleaned of navigation clutter, and outlined.
  3. 3Headings become slide titles; each section's key sentences become concise bullets.
  4. 4Your .pptx downloads named after the site β€” open it and restyle freely.

A title slide from the page metadata, then one slide per heading section.

  • Rule-based summaries

Bullets are trimmed at sentence boundaries to stay presentation-short β€” deterministic, no AI.

  • Fully editable output

Real text shapes in a standards-compliant .pptx β€” not screenshots of the page.

Frequently asked questions

Does this use AI to summarize the page?

No. The pipeline is entirely rule-based: HTML structure decides the slides (headings β†’ titles, paragraphs and list items β†’ bullets), and summaries are made by trimming text at sentence boundaries. The same page always produces the same deck, and your content never goes to any AI service.

Why does my page return "no readable content"?

The tool reads the HTML the server sends. Single-page apps that render everything with JavaScript ship nearly empty HTML, so there is nothing to outline. Documentation, news articles, and blog posts β€” which render on the server β€” convert well.

Can it convert pages behind a login?

No. The fetch happens from our server without your cookies or session, so only publicly reachable pages work. Paywalled or private pages will fail with the site's own error.

Are images from the page included in the slides?

Not currently β€” the output is a clean text outline (titles and bullets), which keeps the deck light and fully editable. Image support is on the roadmap.

Your files stay private

We fetch the page you point us at, build the deck in memory, and discard both immediately after the download is served. The URLs you convert are not logged for profiling, and page content is never stored or sent to third parties. Signed-in history records byte counts only.
